International Women's Day celebratation in our college, by training our students in self defence. A Self-defense workshop was conducted by Mr. Santosh Kumar President of SKJ activity School of India Federation. The chief guest for the day was Dr Rupali Sharma,Managing Director of GS medical college and Professor & head Obstetrics & Gynaecology who enlightened the gathering on women empowerment.All women employees of the institution were also felicitated by the Principal Dr Sunanda Roychoudhury with gifts. The BDS students enthusiastically participated in reel making & e-poster competition and were suitably rewarded. The interns put up a great show by presenting a skit highlighting the various problems faced by the women in our country.

On 4th July, 2022, Guest Speaker Dr Akash Patodia, who is a renowned specialist in the field, simplified the art and science behind Nitrous oxide Inhalation Sedation (NOIS) for dental patients during the Dental Education program on Conscious Sedation organised by Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College, Ghaziabad. The program comprised of lecture and live demonstration with volunteers from the audience which had the young minds totally enthralled and fascinated. Hands on experience for the students was a huge success and a great take away for the delegates. This program was another step by SBBDC in teaching the latest advancements to our students. Department of Public Health Dentistry, Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College, Ghaziabad celebrated “World No Tobacco Day” on 31st May, 2022. The event highlighted the WHO theme for the year 2022- “Tobacco: Threat to our environment”. The event was organised within the college premises and nearby villages to sensitise the public and create awareness about hazards & ill-effects of tobacco. On this occasion, Nukkad Natak, Poster competition and Slogan writing competitions were held. The event had a wide public outreach with a social awareness message about the steps to keep themselves and the environment safe from tobacco.
