The Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College & Research Centre successfully conducted a workshop on Basic Life Support (BLS) under AHA guidelines on 27th, 28th, and 29th April. The workshop commenced with a theoretical lecture on 27th April, providing participants with essential knowledge and understanding of Basic Life Support protocols and emergency response techniques. This was followed by hands-on practical workshop sessions conducted on 27th, 28th, and 29th April, where participants were trained in life-saving skills including CPR techniques, airway management, and emergency handling under guided supervision. The program aimed to enhance the clinical preparedness and emergency response capabilities of students and professionals, ensuring adherence to standardized AHA guidelines for effective patient care and management in critical situations.

A continuing dental education program was conducted by Dept of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology to celebrate the National Oral Pathologist Day on 27th Feb, 2025. The Guest speaker for the program was Dr. Deepika Bablani Popli, Professor, Dept of Oral Pathology, Jamia Milia Islamia University, New Delhi. The topic of presentation was 'Oral Pathology in Clinical Practice' which was well appreciated by the audience. The program was also graced by the presence of Principal, Dr. Sunanda Roychoudhury. The program also concluded with prize distribution to student winners of various competitions held during the Oral Pathology week.

Congratulations to Dr. Amit Wadhawan, Professor and Head of Department of Periodontology & Implantology at Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College and Research Center, Ghaziabad, for being invited as a Panelist Specialist on the topic ‘ GBR in Implantology'. The Lecture was conducted on Dec 20th , 2024 by Army Dental Center R&R, New Delhi & ISP Defence Study Group.

TATVA 2024 Band Night at Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College was a sensational musical journey! The stage rocked with powerful performances, heartfelt melodies, and energetic vibes. The crowd sang along, creating an atmosphere of pure magic. It was a night of rhythm, passion, and unforgettable memories for everyone present.

Our Annual College Fest with a rocking show by Sameer and varios student events such as Dance Competition, Fashion Show, DJ night and much more.

In our endeavor for multi-faceted development and promoting extra-curricular activities, students at Shree Bankey Bihari Dental College, Ghaziabad were felicitated for participating in social and cultural activities on the occasion of World No Tobacco Day. The students were appreciated for their exemplary performances in Nukkad Natak and Poster competition. Principal, Dr. Sunanda Roychoudhury, appreciated the efforts of the students in promoting the message “Staying Healthy, Staying Happy” by spreading awareness about harmful effects of tobacco use in the society.
